Each treatment goes beyond the surface, working with fascia, the nervous system, and deeper structures to release tension and restore natural balance to your body and face.
A whole-body approach working with muscles, fascia, joints, and the nervous system to release deep tension, restore balance, and support the body’s natural ability to realign and heal.
A refined osteopathic approch working through the fascia, diaphragm, and cranial system to release deep tension and reveal a naturally lifted, balanced, and rejuvenated face.
A technique combining intraoral and external work with deep facial muscles to release tension, relieve jaw discomfort and TMJ-related tightness, support lymphatic flow, reduce puffiness, and enhance natural facial contours for a visibly lifted and more relaxed appearance.
I am an osteopathic practitioner focused on fascia, nervous system regulation, and the connection between the body and the face. My work goes beyond surface techniques, addressing deeper tension patterns through muscles, fascia, cranial and diaphragm systems to restore balance in the body and naturally reflect it in the face. Each session is intuitive, precise, and tailored to how your body presents in the moment. My background began in medical school in Russia (MD, 2015), where I developed a deep understanding of the body. Alongside my studies, I worked for years as a massage therapist, gaining hands-on experience with the body in practice. After moving to Canada, I continued working as a bodyworker while deepening my approach through osteopathy, which I completed in 2024. My practice is dedicated to working with women, creating a safe and supportive space for deep release and restoration.

Anastasia has a wonderful gentle presence and helps you relax the moment you step in. Her facial treatments feel like magic, after just a few sessions, my face looked noticeably more lifted and refreshed (I’m 39). Body massage is also profound, I’m working at my desk all the time and the tension in my shoulders and neck was enormous. I always feel light and so deeply relaxed after the treatment.

Anastasia is professional, attentive, and very genuinely cares about her patients. Her treatments are gentle yet very effective, and I noticed a clear improvement after just a few sessions. An excellent osteopath who provides outstanding care - highly recommended.

I’ve tried many treatments before, but this felt different. Anastasia works in a very precise and intuitive way, you can feel she understands the body on a deeper level. My posture improved, my neck tension decreased, and even my face looked more open and relaxed.

I came in for osteopathic treatment without any expectations for my face, but what surprised me the most was how much it changed. Anastasia worked with my diaphragm and abdominal area, releasing deep tension I didn’t even realize I had. After the session, my breathing felt easier, my body more open, and my face looked noticeably lifted and softer, even though we didn’t work on it directly.
